Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Striver and related communications sent by Striver.

By using Striver, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting access credentials, and ensuring that submitted contact details are current.

If you opt in, we may send text messages about appointments, technician arrival notices, service updates, and billing reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS consent is collected through a separate checkbox in the customer portal profile form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. You do not need to agree to texts to use the service.

Your use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

Striver may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
