Striver ("Company", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our application and services.

• Account details (name, email, business information)
• Operational data (customers, properties, invoices, payments)
• Integration data (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe) as authorized by you

• Provide and improve the services
• Process billing and accounting integrations
• Send transactional SMS messages you opt in to receive, such as service reminders, technician arrival notices, service updates, and billing reminders
• Maintain security and compliance

We share data with third-party processors and integrations you enable (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe, and messaging providers such as Twilio) as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

When you use address search, maps, or related location features, Striver sends information needed to fulfill your request—such as address search text, selected place identifiers, or location coordinates—to Google Maps Platform. Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

If you opt in, we may send transactional text messages about your service and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help.

You may access, update, or delete certain data via the application. You may disable integrations at any time, and you may revoke SMS consent at any time.

We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
