End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Striver. This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Striver ("Company") governing your use of the Striver application, services, and related materials (collectively, the "Software").

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal business purposes.

• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.
• You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software to any third party.

Use of third-party integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe) is subject to the respective provider’s terms. You authorize Company to access and process data required for these integrations.

Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

Company may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
